I really do not know how to express my extreme disappointment in the housing collapse failure at Chesney Klein-John after the events of July passing into view. I know these are the facts. Because I don't tell or slant the truths to some hidden agendas.... The Ryan White Care act has failed me and failed many that I personally know in view of some kind of imbalance in case management conflict of interests [ at the very least ].

Within the last six months, I discovered several YouTube videos on the subject of case management with the topics of person centered non conflict of interest and conflict of interest discussions.
